January 11, 2023 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
6:00-7:00…
I Pulled in to the property at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley.
At 2038 Ocean front alley there is a missing section in the construction fence. I put it on the report. I then contacted the general contractor. He called back and is on his way to replace the fence. I will continue to monitor.
7:00-8:00.
I then patrolled the E Bay alley and then over to Channel and across to Miramar street and Miramar alley to L street and L park. All is well…
8:00-9:00…
I continued to patrol back to Seville and Granada Avenues and all alleys on the east side. Still on garage detail. All appear to be closed. I will continue to monitor.
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to E Bay alley and back to Channel and jetty park then across to G street and Miramar. Then Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then over to close the fishing pier. All clear.
10:00-11:00..
I continued to patrol the alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then E Bay alley and back to Channel and Seville and Granada Avenues. Then over to close jetty park. A few people all cooperative.
11:00-12:00….
I patrolled back across Ocean front alley and back to G street and Miramar street. Then up to Balboa Blvd and over to Channel. All is well..
12:00-12:30… 2
I patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. Balboa Blvd to Channel and jetty park. Then across Ocean Blvd to G street and Miramar street and Miramar alley.

1:15-2:00….
I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G and continued on Balboa Blvd. Then across to Channel and jetty park. I then proceeded to patrol across Ocean Blvd to G street and Miramar street and Miramar alley and back to the clubhouse. I then completed an entire perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is quiet.

I continued to patrol the alleys on the east side and west side alleys for open garages. All closed at this time. Then a continues patrol of jetty park and the fishing pier. Code 4 ..

I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to E Bay alley and back to Channel and jetty park .Then across Ocean alley north to G street and over to close the fishing pier. All quiet.
10:00-11:00…
I patrolled back to G street and Miramar street and Miramar alley. Then across to Channel and jetty park then across Ocean Blvd to Ocean front alley and back to M street and L street and L park. Then over to close jetty park. A few people all cooperative..
11:00-12:00…
I patrolled across to E Bay alley and back to Channel and all alleys on the east side. Looks like alleys are closed. Then I patrolled back to L street and L park and I street and I alley . Then Miramar street and Miramar alley. Al is quiet..

I continued to patrol the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well.

A couple people leaving the area.I then patrolled across to G street and Miramar street and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then a complete perimeter patrol and interior patrol of the neighborhood. E Bay alley and back to Channel then Ocean front alley and off property..
