We’re going to show Top Gun Maverick on July 1st. Come early for popcorn! We’ll have snow cones for purchase. All funds raised will be donated to the Ben Carlson Foundation. Come early to hang with neighbors before the movie starts.

On July 5th, the dirtiest day on the beach- meet @mstreetwaddy our Peninsula Point neighbor with Surfrider at L Street tower from 8:30am-10:30am for beach clean up. Bring a reusable bag and gloves. The family that picks up the most trash will be featured in the next Pointer. Coffee will be provided.
