April 21, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to channel and down to jetty park. Then across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and across Miramar drive to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across to I street and back up L street and L Park and over to M street to all areas on the east side of the neighborhood. Then across ocean Blvd to G street and up to Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now…..
8:00-9:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel. I then patrolled over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and to I street to L Street and L Park and over to M street to Seville and Granada avanues and back down to jetty park and up to Balboa Blvd and across to G street and back across E bay Ave to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now….
9:00-10:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel and jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled back to M street and down to ocean Blvd and across to L Street and L Park then an interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well for now. I then patrolled across to I street and back up G street to E bay Ave and back across to the fishing station and the clubhouse. Then down L Street to ocean Blvd to channel and up to the fishing pier for closure. All clear for now….
10:00-11:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,FG street and back across Balboa Blvd to channel and the fishing pier. All clear. Then over to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean front alley to channel and up to Balboa Blvd. Then across Miramar drive to channel and jetty park for closure.
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access points and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled down to jetty park. ***11:20 A couple people in the park all cooperative about leaving. Then across ocean Blvd to G street. Then across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well…
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear. Then across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side again. Then down M street to ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. All clear. Then across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues. All is well for now……
1:00-1:30…..
I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the entire neighborhood. Balboa Blvd to G street and ocean Blvd to channel and up to the fishing pier. All is well…..

2:00-3:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to channel Rd and back down to jetty park. Then across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel and back across ocean alley north to G street and up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood****2:30. I had a man pull and say ees working in the area. I escorted him off the point. I suggested he come back closer to his 7:00 start time . All is well code 4 patrolled..
