7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity.
8pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity.
9pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, Large black SUV parked in front of 2000 E. Bay Ave is partially blocking E. Bay Ave. A red mini Cooper is parked in the wrong direction in front of 2210 Channel Rd.
10pm – Removing several people from the pier and warning people the beach is closed. I noticed the lights on from a golf cart parked at 1713 E. Bay Ave
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed and I cleared the park of all visitors.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. I noticed a black Audi parked away from the curb in front of 2201 Channel Rd.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. A couple of homes were having a small gathering talking loud and playing music but there were no complaints.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. I have noticed the garage at 506 K Street has been open most of the night. The red mini Cooper remains parked in the wrong direction.
3am – No problems to report…. Off Duty.
