June 13, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00.
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to Channel and jetty park. All is normal a few people out. Then across Ocean front alley to G street and back across Ocean alley north to Channel. Then across Ocean Blvd. And over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well.
8:00-9:00..
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and I street and I alley. Then across to all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Then over to m street and all streets on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now. All garages are closed at this time.
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to G street and across Ocean Blvd to Channel and up to Seville and Granada Avenues and . Then up to the fishing pier for closure. A few fisherman all cooperative. All is well.
10-00-11:00….
I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and up to the fishing pier for a check. All clear. Then across to G street. I had a group of people on the G street lifeguard tower. They left peacefully. Then across Ocean alley north to Channel and jetty park. All quiet. Big surf tonight. I expect a few spectators will arrive through the next hour or so. All quiet for now.
11:00-12:00…
I then patrolled across to G street all quiet at the beach access. Then across Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. A few as I thought. All very cooperative teens. They left peacefully. Then up to the fishing pier. A couple people in there cars. All cooperative they left upon request. Then a complete perimeter patrol of the neighborhood. All is well. All garages are closed.
12:00-1:00..
I then patrolled across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and I street and I alley. Then across to all alleys on the east side. I had people trying to fish the pier. They left reluctantly but after some direction they left. Then down to jetty park another group trying to hang out. They left upon request. All quiet for now.
1:00-1:30..
Then I patrolled across to G street then across Ocean alley to Channel and up to the clubhouse. All quiet.

2:00-3:00…
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G . Then across Ocean alley north to Channel and back across Ocean front alley to G street. Then up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. Then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. All is well code 4..patrolled.
