February 14, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00.
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Balboa Blvd. Then across to the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park then across Ocean front alley to G street. Valentines day several people out and about. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well.
8:00-9:00..
I then patrolled across to G street and up to E Bay alley and back the clubhouse. Then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. All is well.
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to G street and Ocean front alley and over to Ocean alley north to Channel and jetty park. A few people all cooperative. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then over to the fishing pier for closure. A few people all cooperative.
10-00-11:00….
I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley. To Channel and up to the fishing pier . All clear. Then across to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. Then across to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and jetty park for closure. A couple people all cooperative so far.
11:00-12:00…
I then patrolled over to Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park . I had a garage open in Ocean front alley now closed. Then over to G street and across Ocean alley north to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier. All quiet.
12:00-1:00..
I then patrolled over to G street and across Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. A few people out no problems all cooperative. Then across Ocean alley north to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to Channel and the fishing pier. All quiet.
1:00-130..
I patrolled over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then up to the clubhouse. All is well.

2:15-3:00..
I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd. Then across to Channel and jetty park. All quiet. Then across Ocean alley north to G street and Miramar drive. Then across to Miramar alley and L street and L park and I street and I alley. Then all alleys on the east side. I have grey Tesla parked in E Bay alley and street. I tried to contact the homeowner. No answer. I will inform Newport beach police. All is well code 4..patrolled.
