December 13, 2022 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
6:00-7:00…
I Pulled in to the property at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to Channel and jetty park . Then up to the clubhouse and fishing pier. All quiet.
7:00-8:00…
I then patrolled across to Miramar street and Miramar alley and L street and L park then I street and I alley and back to Channel. All is well.
8:00-9:00…
I then patrolled all alleys on garage detail. A few are still open with homeowners in them. Then to Ocean alley north and across to G street and back to the clubhouse. Code 4…
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled over to A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to Channel and jetty park then across Ocean Blvd to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and up to the fishing pier for closure. All cooperative.
10:00-11:00….
I then patrolled all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood and the west side. All garages are closed. And Seville and Granada Avenues I naturally patrol with all east side alleys. The Balboa Blvd to G street and Miramar street and Miramar alley to Channel and up to the clubhouse. Then to jetty park for closure. No people at this time.
11:00-12:00..
I continued to monitor all alleys and streets of the neighborhood . Ocean Blvd to M street and Seville and Granada Avenues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I had a few people that wanted to hang out at jetty park. I had to tell them the park was closed. I continued over to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse . All is quiet..
12:00-12:30..
All is going well I patrolled over to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and up to the fishing pier and off property…

1:15-2:00…..
I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd to Channel and jetty park then across Ocean Blvd to G and back to the clubhouse. I then secured the fishing pier and jetty park and then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. Then I took Ocean Blvd to G street and off property…..
