November 27, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A street.,B,C,D,E,F,G.. then up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then across ocean Blvd to channel and back across ocean alley north to G street. Then back across Miramar drive to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and a complete patrol of the east side of the neighborhood. All normal at this time….
8:00-9:00….
I patrolled down to jetty park and across to G street and F street Access points. * On the beach at F street a man was having a small bonfire. I told him that was not legal without a proper fire ring that are provided in certain areas. He was cooperative and put the fire out..All clear at F street. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel and back across ocean front to G street. Then up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley and L Street to L Park. All normal for now.. Foggy….
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park. I then patrolled across to all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back down to ocean alley north to G street. Then another patrol of G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to the fishing pier for closure. * A couple fisherman all cooperative…
10:00-11:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G, street. Then across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Fishing pier clear. Then across to channel and jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street and F street Access points. All clear for now. Then across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back down to jetty park for closure. A* few people out . Some leaving some who are staying on the point for Thanksgiving. All cooperative for now. All is well….
11:00-12:00…
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street* I had a man sleeping in his truck at G street access point. I asked him to leave he cooperated and left immediately. Then I patrolled back across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. A few people circling. I informed them the park is closed. All cooperative for now. Then I patrolled across to G street and up to E bay alley and back across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now..
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then across ocean front alley to jetty park and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. A few people on the pier left without incident…
1:00-1:30…
I then patrolled the entire perimeter of the neighborhood and the interior. All is well. Then across to G and F street Access points. All clear….

2:00-3:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,E,F,G… Then across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear. Then I patrolled down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. * I had 1 man in his car at I street Access. He left upon request. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel and back across ocean alley north to G street. Then I patrolled across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood ×2….All is well code 4 patrolled…
