July 17, 2023 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00
Pulled in to the property at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd across to Channel and jetty park. All normal. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Fishing pier is busy. All behaving.
8:00-9:00
I patrolled back to Channel and up to Ocean alley north to G street. Then down to Ocean front alley and back to Channel. Then across to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. Then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then across all alleys on the east side. Some garages are open. I will continue to monitor throughout the night.
9:00-10:00.
I patrolled back to G street and Miramar drive and Miramar alley to Seville and Granada Avenues. Then over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I’m still on garage detail. Most are closed. Then up to the fishing pier for closure. All cooperative. Busy all over the point. Warm out . All is well. Oh NOTE: On the private section of the bay beach there are lights that are on. They are over the picnic table area. It might be a good idea to turn them off. Or take them away.
10:00-11:00..
I patrolled back to A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley and back to the fishing pier. A couple people on the pier. They left peacefully. Then I patrolled the alleys for open garages. A couple are still open. I will continue to monitor. Then across to jetty park for closure. Basic crew of fisherman and teenagers. All cooperative.
11:00-12:00..
I patrolled across to Ocean alley north to G street and Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then across to Channel and jetty park then up to the fishing pier. All is well. Then an alley patrol. All garages are closed for now .
12:00-1:00…
I patrolled across to G street and up to E Bay alley and then across to Channel and jetty park. All quiet. Then across Ocean front alley to G street and across Ocean alley north back to Channel. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well.

I patrolled over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then over to the alleys on the east side. All garages are closed. All quiet.

I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Balboa Blvd. Then across to Channel and jetty park. Then across Ocean front alley to G street and up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then across to all alleys on the east side. Then a complete perimeter patrol and interior of the neighborhood. All is well.
