6:00-7:00…
Pulled in to the property at A street to Ocean Blvd . Then across to Channel and jetty park. Busy at the park bug waves again. The up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All quiet.
7:00-8:00…
I patrolled over to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and up to Ocean alley north to G street . Then up to E Bay alley and back to Channel and jetty park. We had a complaint on Ocean. Some rowdy teenagers making noise. I told to please exit the neighborhood. All cooperative.
8:00-9:00..
I patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood and the west side . Garage detail.
9:00-10:00….
I patrolled the alleys on the east side and west side . All garages are closed for now. I then went across to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to Channel and jetty park. Still busy. And up to the fishing pier for closure. A few people, all cooperative. I have a garage door open at 1554 Ocean front alley. Its under construction, there is a lot of equipment exposed. I cant find anyway to close it. I informed the Newport police.
10:00-11:00…
I patrolled across to G street and up to E Bay alley .Then across to Ocean front alley. The police and I figured out how to close the garage door manually. All is well. Then across to jetty park for closure. All cooperative.
11:00-12:00….
I patrolled across Ocean front alley and back to Channel and jetty park. A few people all cooperative. Then a complete perimeter patrol and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All garages are closed. All is well.
12:00-12:30…
I patrolled back to G street and Ocean alley north to M street and Seville and Granada Avenues. Then over to Ocean front alley and back to G street. Code 4.

I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd. Then across to Channel and jetty park. A few people all cooperative. Then a complete perimeter patrol and interior of the neighborhood. The fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across Balboa Blvd and off property.
