September 19, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00…
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G. To E bay alley and across to the clubhouse and the fishing pier. Then down to jetty park and across to G street access and F street Access. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and back to jetty park and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All normal at this time….
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across to G street and Miramar drive to Miramar alley and I street to I alley. Then across to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street again. Then across ocean alley north to channel and up to Seville
and Granada avanues. Garage detail. All are closed for now…
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to ocean Blvd and across to L street and I alley and back up to Balboa Blvd to M street. Basically an entire perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All garages are closed for now. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to channel and up to the fishing pier for closure. A few people all cooperative….
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G.To the fishing pier. I had a few people in the fishing pier. All cooperative. Then across to G street and back across ocean front alley to channel and back across ocean alley north to G street again. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. Then across Miramar drive to channel and down to jetty park for closure. A few people enjoying the evening. All cooperative for now….
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access. I walked the area a few people all cooperative. I continued to patrol all beach access points. M,L,I,and jetty park. A few people out mostly cooperative. Then I patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. All clear. Then across to Miramar drive and back to channel and jetty park. All is well for now….
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across to the fishing pier. I had more people on it. They left upon request. Then back down to jetty park. More kids out. They left reluctantly. There is some kinda of poki man challenge tonight. Very busy out. Then I patrolled across ocean front alley to G street and F street Access points. All quiet then up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park. Then the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. Busy busy…
1:00-1:30…
A continuous patrol of the neighborhood. Perimeter and interior. All beach access points including the fishing pier….
1:30…… break…..2:00….. back…
2:00-3:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G. Then across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and down to jetty park. A couple people all cooperative. Then across to G street and F street Access points. All clear. Then across ocean alley north to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then all alleys on east side. I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley and L Street and L Park. That’ll interior alleys. I then patrolled across to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier again. Then down to jetty park again. A couple more people. They left without incident. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the entire neighborhood. All is well code 4….
