September 16, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-800….
I pulled in at A street,B,C,D,EF,G,. Then across to E bay alley to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park and across to G street access and across ocean alley north to channel. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All normal at this time….
8:00-9:00…
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley and L Street and L Park. Then across to all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access. All quiet for now I will continue to monitor. Then across Miramar drive to channel and back across ocean alley north to G street and back across ocean front alley to channel. A few fisherman out. All is well…
9:00-10:00…
I continued to patrol across to G and F street Access points and across ocean front alley to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then across to L street and down to ocean Blvd. Then across to M street and up to Balboa Blvd. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood and across to the fishing pier for closure. I had a guy in the pier bring a generator and a lot of equipment from his camper out. I told him the pier was closed. He’s cooperative and cleaning his things up and leaving I will continue to monitor the situation…
10:00-11:00…
I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access. All clear. Then across to the fishing pier. Our camper is still loading up his great he’s almost finished. Then I patrolled back down to jetty park. A few people all cooperative for now. I then patrolled across ocean front alley I had a guy in his van parked at I street access. He left upon request. I then patrolled across to G again and back across ocean alley north to channel. Then across Balboa Blvd to E bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…
11:00-12:00…
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then over to Seville and Granada avanues and back across to the fishing pier. All clear. Then I patrolled across to G street and back across ocean front alley to channel and jetty park. All clear….
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access. Then across ocean front alley to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then down to jetty park and across ocean alley north to G street. Then up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley and L Street and L Park. Then across to jetty park again. All clear for now…
1:00-1:30….
I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. Then across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well….

2:00-3:00…
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G. Then across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and down to jetty park. 1 couple leaving the park very cooperative. Then across ocean front alley to G street access. All is well. Then over to F street Access. All clear. Then across ocean alley north to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park. Then all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then across to E bay alley and back to the clubhouse. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the entire neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled…
