PATROL REPORT – November 28 2022

November 28, 2022 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment) 

6:00-7:00…

Pulled in to the property at A street  B,C,D,E,F,G Ocean front alley and back to Channel and jetty park . All quiet at jetty park. Then up Channel to the clubhouse and fishing pier. 

7:00-8:00…

I then patrolled across to G street and Miramar street and Miramar alley . Then across to L street and L park and I street and I alley. Then across to E Bay alley and back to Channel. Code 4…

8:00-9:00…

I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. Alley patrol for open garages. 2 open with homeowners in them. All is well..

9:00-10:00…

I then continued to patrol all of the neighborhood Balboa Blvd to G street and Ocean Blvd to Channel and jetty park. Then up to close the fishing pier. All cooperative. 

10:00-11:00…

I then patrolled across to A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to Channel and Seville and Granada Avenues and all alleys on the east side. Then over to jetty park for closure. A couple people no problems. 

11:00-12:00…..

I then patrolled the alleys on the west side of the neighborhood. Then across to M street and all alleys on the east side. All is quiet in the neighborhood. 

12:00-12:30….

A complete perimeter patrol and interior patrol. I came across a homeless man at the fishing pier. I asked him to please walk back towards town. He took Channel to Ocean front alley and across. I escorted him to the village. I haven’t had any problems since then. All is well 

12:30..break…1:15…break 

1:15-2:00..

I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to Channel and jetty park then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. I circled the entire starting at Balboa Blvd to G street and across to jetty park then up to Balboa Blvd. And off property …
