November 21, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G. Then up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel and back across ocean alley north to G street. Then across Miramar drive to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now….
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel and back down to jetty park. * Have a motorcycle parked on the service road at jetty park. I’m trying to locate the owner. I will inform him/her to park on the street. I will continue to monitor. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park. Then across to all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now…
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access points. Then up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood and back across ocean Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel. Then up to the fishing pier for closure.* A couple people on pier all cooperative…
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A B,C,D,E,F,G.streets. then I patrolled across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to channel and down to jetty park. Then across ocean front alley to G and F street Access points. All clear for now. Then across ocean Blvd to channel and back across ocean alley north to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to channel and jetty park for closure. * The motorcycle person was located and left without incident. A few people on the beach left without incident. All is well….
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street and F street Access points *. I had a few cars parked at G street access. One with light’s on. No one responded as I knocked on the side of the car. I informed Newport Beach police. The car is still there lights off. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side. All is well for now…
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier to the clubhouse. Then across to channel and jetty park. A couple people on the benches. All cooperative about leaving. Then across ocean Blvd to G street and up to Miramar drive and back across to channel. The I patrolled all alleys again and back down to jetty park. All clear for now.
1:00-1:30…
I then patrolled across to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well….

2:00-3:00..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G. Streets. Then across ocean front alley to channel and jetty park. All clear. Then across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. I then patrolled across ocean alley north to channel and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across Balboa Blvd to G street back across Miramar to Miramar alley to I street and I alley and L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then I patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled….
