January 18, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets, alleys and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, I am moving vehicles parked in the red curb near the jetty park.
8pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity to report.
10pm – Removing people from the pier and warning people the beach is closed.
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed and I cleared the park of all visitors.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic. ***Moving a white Tesla with unknown occupants parked on Ocean Blvd, this vehicle has been driving around and stopping at different locations throughout the community.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach. ***Moving dark colored Lexus parked on Balboa Blvd across from the kids beach, this vehicle has been parked here for several minutes with the lights on that maybe disturbing residents.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. Checking on homes under construction, observing and deterring vehicles approaching the jetty park.
3am – Off Duty.
