February 7, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00.
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Balboa Blvd. Then across to the fishing pier and down to jetty park. Still raining. A few people out. Then across Ocean front alley to G street and back across Ocean alley north to Channel. All normal.
8:00-9:00..
I then patrolled across to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier. A couple people are fishing in the rain? Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and I street and all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. All is well.
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to G street and Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. Raining hard gale warnings all down the coast including Newport harbor. Then I patrolled all interior alleys and streets of the neighborhood. And then across to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to the fishing pier. All clear lures fisherman decided they’d had enough. All is well.

I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley. To Channel and up to the fishing pier. All quiet. Then across to G street and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to all the alleys on the east side. All garages are closed. Then over to jetty park for closure. A few people out. The rain has stopped. All cooperative.

I then patrolled over to Ocean front alley to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. Then over to the fishing pier and down to jetty park. All quiet .A little more rain. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to all alleys on the east side. All garages are closed for now.
12:00-1:00..
I then patrolled over to G street and over to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and back across Ocean front alley to G street. All quiet. Then over to m street and a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All quiet.
1:00-130..
I patrolled over to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and jetty park then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All quiet.

I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse . Then across to G street and Ocean alley north to Channel and Seville and Granada Avenues. Then across to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. Then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then a complete alley patrol. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4..patrolled.
