August 21, 2023 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00
Pulled in to the property at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd across to jetty park. A few people. 1 day after the tropical storm. All normal. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well.
8:00-9:00
I then went across Ocean front alley and back to Channel and across Ocean alley north to G street. Then up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. Then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and all alleys on the east and west side. A few garages open. I will continue to monitor.
9:00-10:00.
I patrolled back to G street and Miramar drive and Miramar street Miramar alley. Then over to L street and L park then across to Channel and jetty park. All is well. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to the fishing pier for closure. All cooperative.
10:00-11:00..
I patrolled back to A street B,C,D,E,F,G Balboa Blvd across to Channel and up to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to the fishing pier. One person leaving. I then patrolled across to G street and Ocean front alley. Still on garage detail. A couple are still open. Then over to jetty park for closure. A few people all cooperative.
11:00-12:00
I patrolled across to G street and Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park then I street and I alley. Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. All garages are closed. All is calm at jetty park and the fishing pier.
12:00-1:00…
I patrolled across to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley . Then across to L street and L park and all alleys on the east and west side. Garages are closed. Then over to jetty park. A couple people all cooperative.
1:00-1:30…
I patrolled over to G street I had a guy sleeping in his truck bed. He left upon request. Then across Ocean front alley and back to jetty park then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well.

2:15-3:00..
I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Balboa Blvd . I then patrolled across to Channel and jetty park then up to the fishing pier. A couple people at jetty park all cooperative. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All garages are closed for now and all is well. Code 4 patrolled.
