April 30, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00.. .
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then back to ocean Blvd to channel and back across ocean alley north to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive and I street to L Street and L Park and across to M street to up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now….
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. ** No problems people enjoying the park. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive. Across Miramar drive to I street and L Street and L Park and across to M street to ocean Blvd and across to channel. All is well….
9:00:10:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. I then patrolled back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and up Seville to Balboa Blvd. Then across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and back across to channel and up to the fishing pier for closure. All clear for now……
10:00-11:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse.** I had a man on the bench at the fishing pier all cooperative about leaving. Then I patrolled down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then down to jetty park for closure. ** A few people on the benches and the beach. All cooperative about leaving….
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to L Street Access points.*** I had a group of teenagers out on the lifeguard tower 11:30 pm . They left without incident. I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then I patrolled back across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park then back across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well….
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and over to L Street and L Park. Then across to channel and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All is well…
1:00-1:30….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park*** a few people in there cars 1:10. All cooperative about leaving. Then up to the fishing pier.*** 1:20. A few people trying to go to bay Beach fishing pier. All cooperative about leaving. I then patrolled across to G street access point I had 2 people in there car. All cooperative about leaving. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and back across to channel. All quiet for now…..

2:00-3:00……
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled down to jetty park. *** I had a group of teenagers Parked there. They said they were visiting someone on ocean front alley. When I asked what address they couldn’t come up with one. 2:25 am . They got back in there car and I escorted them off the point. I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street access points. Then across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley and L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood***. I then had a man next to his truck on Balboa Blvd and I street 2:55 am I asked him if he lived on the point. He failed to come up with a legitmate address. After a few words I escorted him off the point.All is well for now code 4 patrolled…
