April 23, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to channel Dr and back down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and back across to channel. Then down M street to ocean Blvd and across to L Street and L Park and I street and up to Balboa Blvd and the clubhouse. All is normal for now……
8:00-9:00…..
I then patrolled down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. 8:30 pm At F street Access point the ocean front house that is under construction had the side construction gate open. The address is not visible. I closed the gate,it is not locked. I put the chain through the door loop. I then informed the contractor by text and phone. I will continue to monitor. Then I patrolled across Miramar drive to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and down M street and over to L Street and I street. All is well for now…..
9:00-10:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. Then up channel to Seville and Granada avanues and down M street to ocean Blvd and back over to L Street and up to Balboa Blvd and over to I street and back across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. Then all streets on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood and across to the fishing pier for closure. All clear for now……
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier. ***10:20 pm. I had a couple of teenagers on scooters on the pier. All cooperative about leaving. Then I patrolled down channel Rd to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then over to jetty park for closure. **** I had several people in the park and on the beach all cooperative about leaving. I then patrolled across ocean front alley to L Street Access point. 11:30 pm *** I had a group of teenagers on the beach playing football. They left upon request. All is well for now….
11:30-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood Seville and Granada avanues and back down M street to ocean Blvd and jetty park. All is well for now…
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood and across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to channel and jetty park. Then across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street. ( Please close your garages). To many are open to often. Then across to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood.** 12:25 I had what appeared to be a homeless person on a bicycle. I escorted the person to the village.Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All garages are closed for now. 12:45. I patrolled down to jetty park,I had a group of people in the park all cooperative about leaving. All is well for now..
1:00-2:00
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues and a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well. Then across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well..
2:00-3:00…….
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points.*** 2:20 am. I had a couple of girls at G street trying to go to the beach. They left without incident. Then across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and back across ocean alley north to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I had one man pull to go fishing on the outer jetty. ***2:40. . I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled….
