BAY BEACH INFORMATION
🕒 General Operations
- Hours: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm daily.
- Supervision: No lifeguard on duty; adults must supervise children at all times.
- Pets: No dogs, cats, or other pets allowed.
- Conduct: Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests.
📅 Reservation Restrictions
Reservations are not allowed during the following times (amenities remain open to all members):
- Friday Nights: June 21 to August 30 (5:00 pm – 9:00 pm).
- Major Holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Events: During the Christmas Boat Parade.
📝 Reserved Event Rules
If you wish to book a private event, the following conditions apply:
- Duration: Maximum 5 hours between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm.
- Lead Time: Must be booked at least 48 hours in advance (only one event allowed per day).
- Capacity: Maximum 25 people (including members and guests).
- Fees: $75 non-refundable fee (Check or Zelle).
$100 refundable cleaning deposit (Check only).
- Designated Area: Reservations only cover the BBQ grill and the concrete area to the right of the entry gate. All sand areas and tables to the left of the gate must remain open for other members.
Prohibited at Events:
- No food trucks, bounce houses, or water slides.
- No bands, DJs, or excessive amplified noise.
- No extra tables/chairs outside the designated reservation zone.
- No Porta- Potties allowed.
🍔 BBQ & Clean-Up Requirements
Members must leave the area in the same condition they found it:
- BBQ: Clean the grill, turn off propane tanks, and replace the vinyl cover once cooled.
- Trash: Place in bags (found in the BBQ storage area), seal them, and place in cans. If cans are full, you must take the trash with you.
- Area: Sweep or hose off the concrete, straighten furniture, and close umbrellas.
